SCARS Announcement
On April 18, 2023 SCARS Board Member Chris Ffromal submitted her resignation to the SCARS Chairman and Chief Executive Dr. Tim McGuinness, which he accepted.
The following day, April 19, 2023, a quorum of the SCARS Board voted (4 votes, D. Montgomery Johnson, L. Zagarova, V. Gonzales, and T. McGuinness) to accept the resignation vacating that seat.
Chris Fromal holds no position nor relationship nor affiliation with SCARS moving forward.
